Overview
This patch will patch your SAS System (v9.1.3 + SP4 only) in order to force a specific date (in your licence period time) whenever the product licence period times are validated.
Both date()/datetime() functions WILL return the forced date, instead of using the macro &SYSDATE which stores the CORRECT date returned by the system.
In other words, this patch will make SAS see the “correct” time every time you start it up! You will no longer have the need to set your date back.
Instructions
1. Get a working copy of SAS going. You can get the full version, with the required SIDs from here:

2. Follow the instruction and go through the entire installation.
3. Once you have installed everything UPDATE your SAS version with SP4. Found here on the SAS site:

4. Then apply the patch and viola! Perfect working copy of SAS 9.1.3
